Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AllFare. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use AllFare.

What AllFare is

AllFare is an alerting service. You forward hotel confirmations to us, and we monitor the price of the same refundable room on a regular schedule. When the price drops enough to be worth rebooking, we email you the amount and the details. AllFare is informational only.

What AllFare is not

• We do not book, cancel, modify, or pay for any reservation. Any rebooking is entirely your decision and your action.
• We are not a travel agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any hotel, chain, or booking provider.
• We do not hold your payment details and we never charge you for a reservation.

No guarantee

Rate information comes from third party sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that we will detect every price drop, that any particular drop exists or remains available, or that you will save money. Alerts and any figures in them are provided on an as is basis for your convenience.

Your responsibilities

• Verify any rate, room type, and cancellation terms directly with the hotel or booking provider before you act on an alert.
• Only forward confirmations that you have the right to share, and keep your account email secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it to process content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllFare and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service, including missed alerts or inaccurate rate data. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using AllFare at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.
